Nested Transactions in FM7?

I'm getting into V7 gradually. I was looking at the new Transaction Processing today (Open/Revert/Commit Record/Requests).

The Open Record/Request does not allow for a Name or Id. Does this mean that we can have only 1 Transaction active at any time?

Or, can we use Nested Transactions, and assume that the Revert/Commit operate on a Last In First Out method?
