Diana, Cda Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 Has anyone seen a freeware recipe database solution for download somewhere? Don't like the template available in FMP, though. Hopefully someone has made one to share so I don't have to code my own! Thanks.
Ender Posted May 3, 2005 Posted May 3, 2005 Wouldn't it just be a few fields?? You can check out the downloads on filemaker.com. There may also be a Recipe database included in the templates that are installed by default with FileMaker Pro.
CoZiMan Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 I've been working for one for my wife and I in my spare time. Maybe you can give me some help as to what you think should be in it.
Ender Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 Maybe you can give me some help as to what you think should be in it. Name Category Ingredients Directions Yield Plus anything else you want to remember about it. How hard it is to make, how good it is, etc.
rogermax Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 Here is an extremely basic one. I threw it together really fast for a family reunion several years ago. Did it as a flat file type. Like I said, very basic. Never expected anyone else to see or review it. But it has some good recipes! Cookbook.zip
