I use FMP 7 at work and i need to be able to save the file as a PDF or other file like I can on a MAC, so I can email that file so others can open and print it.

How can I do this?

If I go to PRINT- and click PRINT TO FILE, it will save the file to desktop but wont let me open it with any program.

You need to have a PDF printer driver on your PC, and then select it from the list of available printers. Look at Cute2PDF (it may be www.cute2pdf.com) for a free PDF driver.
