Access import to FMPro7

What is the best way to import an Access File to FM Pro 7?

Frank

FileMaker will import, or open direct, several file formats, so it is more of what file formats you can export from Access that will be the determining factor.

IIRC, Access exports a Comma Delimited Text file, which works well with FileMaker. You can either open it direct and it will create a new database, or you can import it into an existing File easy enough.

The Windows ODBC manager works fine, too.

Import your access file to Excel and then covert the Excel file to FM

www.actualtechnologies.com has a brand new ODBC Access importer for macOS X. Works fine.
