Newbies Jeff Irvine Posted July 15, 2008 Newbies Posted July 15, 2008 Hi, I recently opened the database I am working with and all my data has disappeared. The records are still there, but they are empty and devoid of data. I had a back-up copy, so it is not the end of the world, but I would like to know how to avoid this problem in the future. Does anyone know why this might have occurred and how I could avoid it? Thanks, J
Newbies DR Posted August 13, 2008 Newbies Posted August 13, 2008 There's not a lot to go on here, but there are a limited number of things that update ALL the fields in all your records automatically. In fact the only thing that comes to mind is an IMPORT which you can set up to replace data in existing records.
