Is there a way to activate the script step: "Refresh Window" upon entering a record?

I would like to make this happen without having to actually select a button or field or anything else?

I would like the script to run just because I made the window active.

Any ideas?

Have you tried OnRecordLoad trigger? Use Refresh window script step.

It took me a while to find the script triggers for layouts.

Now I will noodle my way through these options.

It seems to me that the window is refreshed by default on record load. At least in form view.
