csharpmin Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 I see that you can trigger a script every time a record is loaded (made current). What about when you exit a record? I want to do a validation script every time someone attempts to leave the current record. There's tons of possibilities with this idea. Is it really not implemented or am I missing something?
csharpmin Posted March 27, 2009 Author Posted March 27, 2009 No. I want a script to run when a person is done entering all fields in a record. On commit would have it run when ever they click outside of any fields in the current record. Any other work-around ideas?

Not necessarily: http://fmforums.com/forum/showpost.php?post/249464/ But perhaps limiting navigation to scripted only might be better for this. In any case, I don't know of a way to trigger a script on record exit - at least not without a plugin.
