"Find" Function disabled after Recovery process

I was working in my FMP7 file when I had a power outage. When I tried to open the file, I was unable to open it and was prompted to use the Recover command. The Recovered file retained most of the data, however, the "Find" function has been disabled. Could someone help me with this?

I've never heard of Find being disabled.

Are you aware that the Recover command recovers *data* at the expense of structure? It is recommended to import the data from the recovered file into a known-good backup copy of the database, and not use a recovered file for production.

Get a later version of FMP: version 7 is not great.

Unfortunate, but these things happen. The file is clearly damaged - you must revert to most recent backup.
