Is it better to run filemaker server 10 on a mac with snow leopard or snow leopard server for best performance, speed, and reliability?

Best speed and reliability is to use a *dedicated* server that is NOT running file sharing, web, mail, or another other service.

OS X Server might have some optimisations but all the other stuff (iCal, Address Book, iChat, DNS etc) should be disabled.
