Hello all, I have almost this exact same problem http://fmforums.com/forum/topic/75186-license-conflict-only-on-server-hosted-file/

FM server 11 fully updated, all my Vers. 11 clients can connect but Ver. 10 clients allways get the maximum number of users error message.

I have tried all the usual things as well as everything mentioned in the above post, has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it

Update: It happen to Vers. 10 and 11, some clients always get the error others do not.

Do you have a Volume License or Site License, or are these individual licenses? Does it happen on all hosted files or only some?

Sorry missed your post, they are all individual licenses and there is only one file hosted, I am administering the server remotely.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, its becoming a real problem. The OS is 10.6 without the Java update applied.
