How many processor / cores can FileMaker 11 Server utilize in 10.6?

All of them. As a practical matter quad core and dual processor is a very high end mix.

I was noticing in a 2007 era mac pro with duel processor duel core that top showed fmserverd maxing out at 200%. This led me to question how many of the 4 cores it could use. I am off of that machine now as it was a stop gap while I got the "main" server os / fms install rebuilt. Thanks for the info.
