PHP not activated on a couple of databases

I've attached a screenshot that may better explain my question.  I have 3 databases being served; PHP is activated on only one.  Why?

You are not really giving enough information.

If you edit the extended privilege set for fmphp for each database, I assume these are set correctly?

Thank you . . . that was it.  I had forgotten that I changed the extended privilege set for the one database.  I appreciate your quick response!
