We are using the ScriptMaster 4 with Java 6.21.
I have tried to upgrade the Java to the last version and from that moment I cant active the plugins anymore.
When I try to active the plug-ins, my Filemaker crash.

When I open the sample file, I get the info the plugins in not install, I click ok to install and my FM crash.

What do I need to do?

We working on FM12.0.4 on windows 7 / 2008 and 2003

Hi Erez

I am not sure if this will help, but from FM12.0v2 there is a new location for plugins, so if you use the install plugin script step, it will now install in the new location. However, in some cases it could also be installed in the old location and sometimes, 2 versions of the same plugin could be loaded from both locations, making FM crash.

Go to FileMaker's knowledge base and search for plugin locations.

Hello,

Do you have the latest version of 360Works ScriptMaster? There is a known compatibility issue with 360Works plugins released prior to 6/21/13 and any Java 7 version after Java 7 update 21, so you may just need to update your 360Works plugins to the latest versions.

Hi Joe,

I'm using ScriptMaster 4.205 with FM Advanced 12.0.5 on a Mac running OS 10.9. I'm getting the java.lang.NullPointerException error when I run a script in the SM demo file (see attached) and also when I run it compiled in my solution.

Have you been able to reproduce this error with 4.205, 12.0.5 and 10.9?

Many thanks--

Steve

You don't need the speech marks round the input variables

The functions works as expected...
