I think it might be a 64-bit java issue. Tried to use java 32bit via the command java -version -d32 but that didn’t help.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Agi. Could you share how you fixed this? I'm having a similar problem with 360Works ScriptMaster.

Are you trying to use it for Web Direct? I failed to mention that I did. So the install folder was different. And the 64bit plug in a as needed. What's your issue?
