The layout I want to convert works on FMGo but of course all the fields are spread out causing me to have to scroll around to get to the fields.  Anyone have a good way to convert my existing layout to an iPhone layout?

I haven't seen any good automated tools for doing this, just manually rearranging the layout elements to be appropriate for the smaller screen and touch interface.

 

The layout size stencils in layout mode can give you an idea how much room you have to work with on different devices, and the iOS Window Preview module can help you preview iOS device window sizes when developing on the desktop.

If you're going to have one layout, it's easier to build a layout for the iPhone and have it stretch using anchors than the other way around.

 

Personally, I'd recommend two different layouts. Most of the time users are going to use the two machines (iPhone, computer) for different purposes or in different ways.
