Half Circle Under GO/PRO column in the Admin Console ( Meaning? )

Can someone tell me what a half filled circle ( see enclosed screen shot ) under GO/PRO column in the FM 13 Admin Console means?  I've looked through the documentation and can't find it anywhere.
