The first phase is a simple customer relationship manager to keep track of customer enquiries and alert to any that have been left too long. The system works great however I am having trouble with a sort records script in Web Direct. I have created a report using list view and I have created a script to run on layout enter to create a sub summary report that sorts all enquiries by 'contact_status' (overdue, active, inactive) and then by the number of days since the enquiry. The script works great in Filemaker Pro and Filemaker Go however when it runs on Web Direct it defaults 'contact_status' to 'sort by ascending order' as opposed to 'custom order based on value list'. 1. Sort Records [ Restore ] 2. Go to Record / Request / Page [ First ] Why is this not working in Web Direct? Thanks for your help in advance. Brad
