Error -10000

My databases have started to act a little touchy recently.

When I open the database I am getting an error -10000.

In my search for answers i have found only a possibility of a lock synchronization error but the error codes do not match up exactly. Searching for error -10000 on the filemaker knowledge base is futile.

I have rebuilt all the databases and reinstalled filemaker as well.

It helped for a little while but then the error started coming up again.

Can anyone tell me with some curtainty what error -10000 is and how i might avoid it in the future?
