Hi everyone..

Ok I'm at wits end and it's probably a simple solution (which explains why I can't fathom it) How do I prevent all records from being shown when I create a new record?

You could script the process...

Show All records

Show Omitted

New Record/Request

This will put the new record into the current found set. However, users could still issue a Show All Records command and see the rest unless you restrict user's access to menu commands.

It all comes down to how seriously you want to prevent the other records being seen.

This portion of the database is for the order entry, scrolling records bad..
