I have 2 Not for Resale copies of FMP7. I was going to sell them but I'm worried I could get in trouble for selling them. Of course I would charge full price.

I think there's a reason why they call them "Not For Resale"...

Whether you'll get in trouble is one issue. The other issue is that whoever buys it will not own a legal license, hense they may just as well pirate it for free.
