How to get the right name to show in merge field

Featured Replies

I

You could create a calc in Activity: last(ActivityLog::TempNameFirstLast)

That shows field contents from the last record in that relationship.

A more flexible way is to get the ID out of the portal row and set it in a field in the Customer file. You can then relate directly to that related record.

Hi Ender and thank's for your reply.

I don't know what this means. I do not have an ID number in the portal row. The CustomerID numbers reside in each of the three files, but not in the portal row.

Thanks,

Bill
