Automatically Open a Database

Featured Replies

Is it possible to configure FMPro to automatically open a certain database when you start the application?

For example, I created a one-layout database with several buttons that script to opening their respective databases. What I'd like is to set up our computers to have this database automatically open when a person starts FMPro. Then they can simply jump to the database they wish to use by clicking a button.

There are examples of Opener files in the "Articles, Tips, Tricks, & Techniques" forum. Just have your users launch the Opener file instead of opening FM Pro directly.

One possible and obvious answer is to put a file of each user computer wich corresponse with that file you whant to open, so just change it
