April 28, 200421 yr Newbies I have made a report and would like to find out if there is a way to print only the fields that have been populated. The entire report is one page if filled in completely, but for many records in the found set, only 2 or 3 different fields may be populated. Instead of a found set resulting in a 60 page printout with many blanks, I would like to print out a 3 or 4 page report with only the blanks that have been filled. Does this make sense? Is it possible?
April 28, 200421 yr I don't know how your fields are arranged on the layout, but you can collapse white space using sliding options. Select the objects on the layout that you want to be able to collapse (and anything below) and select Sliding/Printing from the Format menu. Click Sliding up and Reduce size of enclosing part.
