Whenever I print, it does fifteen labels well, and then just jumps down about 5 lines and splits a record throwing the sequence of printing off. Any suggestions?

I'm sort of stabbing in the dark here, but we often see a similar problem with our software here when it's printed on PCL6 printers... something to do with raster vs. vector format, yadda yadda yadda, a lot of stuff i don't understand. But a frequent resolution for us is to use a different driver for the printer. Our clients are pretty homogeneous when it comes to office systems (they're all lawyers), so almost everyone has an HP laser jet. This makes it easy for us to give them a driver that we know will work.

My point is, this MAY not be a Filemaker problem, it might just be that your printer interprets data coming from Filemaker inappropriately. I don't know anything about an Oki Microline Turbo, but i wonder if you could use a different print driver to solve the problem. Alternatively, and even easier, is there another printer you could print to?
