FileMaker on Citrix with a Linux client

Our databases are hosted on FileMaker 5.5 et we use there with Citrix Metaframe XP. With a Win client it works pretty well but it doesn't work with a Linux Citrix client. All others applications works with this Linux Citrix client, only FileMaker causes problems. Are there someone try this settings before?
