When data is pasted from another application the text formatting (font, size, color, etc.) from the other app. comes with it. How do I force the pasted data to pick up the font I set in FileMaker? Thanks!

Look for the "Paste without style" command.

Thanks Vaughan. I tried copying some text to the clipboard and then browsing the menus but the only command I can see with the word paste in it is Edit>Paste or command+V. Does it make a difference I'm using v6 in OSX? Where is the Paste without Style command?

Duh, I found it in the Scriptmaker...now have Paste without Style set up as command+1. Thanks. You just saved me a ton of work!

You could also paste with the Keys Cmd-Ops-V
