Hello, here is my question.

One user logged on our database and clicked a button which takes her to go to another file layout. When that file opened, it will freeze up for a couple of minutes to display all the fields and portals. When she tried to add a new record, the value list takes for ever to load. I checked every other user went to that layout without any problem. Do you have any idea about this? Thanks!

I already solved the problem. The user's hard drive was crashed.Unluckly it got crashed twice. When the third new hard drive replaced and reinstalled FileMaker Pro 6.0, the problem was gone. Thanks anyone for trying to help!
