Hi.

I have a table with a drop down field where the use chooses a code. I want to make a layout that will summarize all the codes by type... how do I do this? I don't want to make a 'summary' field for each field... and I don't even think that would work because it's only one field with multiple choices....

anyone have any suggestions?

Create a layout with a subsummary part by Code. Put the summary fields within the subsummary part. Sort by Code. Preview or Print to see the result.
