find multiple fields

I am wondering if anybody knows how I could perform a find where the find is performed over mutiple fields as opposed to just one field. So, for instance, how do I search for Bob and the request returns all the records where Bob appears in either the first name or the last name field.

Add new request. Multiple requests are OR'd together.

Using New Record/Request, while in Find Mode, creates a new find request.
