I have 8,5x11 sheets of cards divided into equal quarters. I wish to address these cards to 4 different addresees per sheet. When I place fields on the cards, each card prints the record 4 times on each sheet.

How do I print a different record on each of the 4 places on each card???

Are you using the label format?

No. I formated 8.5x11 and put the name and address fields on 4 different places on the page.

You will need to use the label format and setup a custom label with 4 labels per page.
