I am trying to create a database for signups in limited capacity activities; once the 25 seats are filled, the activity no longer appears as a choice. I understand that this is possible is FM7. Can it be done in FM5.5? If so, how?

If you update the counts by a script, this is no problem, but I don't think it will work dynamically. The match fields for your choice relationship must be stored, which means they cannot be determined by a Count().

So now we need to know what you are using for choosing activities (Value List or Portal)?
