I am building a DB on Win XP - my computer got a virus/spyware, so I moved it to my Mac iBook also running FM7, but now can not edit the layout...

Any suggestions?

I'll ask the stupid question. In Get Info, is the Read and Write selected?

Actually, it is a habit of Windows to do this when moving Applications. At least it seems to do it to FileMaker from time to time, and It catches everyone at least once.
