FMStrs.dls Locked Error Message

I don't know where to post this so I thought I would start here.

I have a bunch of FM7 files in my trash, and when I try to empty the trash I get an error message that says: "The operation cannot be completed because the item FMStrs.dls is Locked".

Near as I can tell, the message is alluding to something related to Filemaker.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried pressing the option key while emptying the trash?
