Tab Control Issue Returns

Greetings...

Well...the issue I posted in this thread earlier

has returned. When I enter content into the new tab, all displays well in layout mode. However, in browse mode, the content from the new tab spills over on the first tab. I recorded a little movie to show you what I'm talking about. Check it out here...
