Having a little trouble, don't think it's possible but maybe I'm missing something: doing a database for a private investigations company, and for their surveillance reports they have entries by time, which are of varying length. Sometimes they want to include a digital photo for the entry. I can't seem to figure out a layout that will accomodate some entries with just text, and some with just images - for entries with just text, say one line, and no photo, the next record will not slide up to the text, but just to the boundary of where the container field is, even though it is empty.

Any one with any ideas?

I don't have eight, but in all previous versions, all you have to do was to select the box in Layout Mode and then go to the "Menu" >> "Format" >> "Select Sliding/Printing", and then choose which way you want it to adjust when sliding.

Don't forget to select the Container, choose Graphic Format, choose "Recude" image to fit frame, choose Alignment to Left and Top!!

Otherwise the container will not shrink.
