I'm using FileMaker Pro 5.5 and all I want to do is sort my found records. Very simple script but it won't work. Here it is:

Show All Records

Enter Find Mode [Restore, Pause]

Sort[Restore, No dialog]

The found records end up unsorted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps the sort saved in the script is no good.

Try doing the sort manually, then go back into the script and close the script. It should prompt you to save the new sort.

Nope, same thing happens. It's like the Sort command is not being actioned from the script.

Oh, try adding a Perform Find [] script step after the Enter Find Mode [ Pause ].
