Sub-summary doen't show on print-out

I have a situation where the lay-out appears correctly in "Preview" mode but the sub-summary part does not appear on the actual print-out. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Just a thought. I have found that the printer that is selected as default will be the one that is shown in preview. I work mostly on a network with server. Just a thought.
