On openning up a downloaded sample file I get a message that the date and time formats associated with the file are different from the system settings and which one do I use. How do I fix this problem as it occurs whenever the file is openned?

Hi

after opening that file, go to:

File-->File Options...Text

and check the radio button: always use current system setting

You can also get rid of the message by saving a Clone with no records.
