I have a file that is *not* shared nor served..it has only been run locally.

I can not open it nor can I Recover it..

When I try, I am told that the file is in use...

but it's not.

ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The file is NOT locked and the permissions are read/write.

Additionally... I tried to make a copy of the file, and when I tried to open that copy, it asked me for an account login and password--- but there was NO login and pass set on this file!

What the *** : :

Do I need to try to crack into this file :

If so, could someone help ? I can't post it here.. it's bloated with attachments and is 100mb.
