Kent Searight Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 Can someone tell me what's the keyboard shortcut for Data Viewer? I've hit it by accident, so I know it exists. I just can't find any documentation on it. Thanks!
jteich Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 I can't find a special shortcut for the data viewer. Assuming you are on windows: is it possible that you typed Alt - T - V ? -jens
Kent Searight Posted October 25, 2006 Author Posted October 25, 2006 Sorry, I should've been more specific...I'm asking about Mac. I did try your key-combo on Windows, though, and nothing happened.
Fenton Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 I don't think there is one. It would show in the Tools menu. You can add it; go to System Preferences, Keyboard & Mouse, Keyboard Shortcuts, Application Keyboard Shortcuts (scroll to the bottom). I also added ones for Accounts & Privileges… (Cntrl-A), Value Lists… (Cntrl-V) and Layout Setup… (Cntrl-L). "…" is Option-; (an ellipses, not 3 periods, I think).
Kent Searight Posted October 25, 2006 Author Posted October 25, 2006 Hey Fenton, Thanks for the advice, it worked out well. I'd swear that I've accidedntly hit a combination of keys (on Mac) in the past that have displayed/hid Data Viewer. Hmm, if it does ever happen again I'll let you know. -Kent
