Is it possible to have the login dialog open with the Guest radio button selected?

I don't believe this is possible. However, I don't recommend a guest option since it lets anyone into your system. Even if they have limited abilities, they can see your database and possibly work out a way to hack it. But, if you are not worried then you might as well as set File Options to log in using the guest account. This will present no password dialog on launch of the file. In order for people with passwords to logon, they will need to hold down the Option (Mac) or Shift (Windows) key when launching the file to get the password dialog. Again, I don't recommend this since it lets anyone into your system.
