OK, so it's using the FXphp and not the FMP API. Still it's a great site with an underlying admin area for each community to edit their own text and upload images. :

We've added several more sites now : The Neenah school district site was created in less than two hours, by a gentleman that has never used PHP or Dreamweaver.
