Has anyone ever seen FMP work with CTI? We are looking to see if it is possible

Filemaker's Dial script step will allow you to send a tapi compliant request to dial the "Phone" but does not allow for the result codes to be sent back. I think there may be a plug-in. (Not Sure). or Filemaker's "ActiveX" control could be used to trigger a script to get a result. I know it can be done but it won't be like what most "intergrater's" are used to seeing.

(I'm waiting for a Few quotes from companies to do this, One said "it can't be done", I'm waiting for the others to get back with me)

Three solutions for CTI (FileMakerSkype; TAPI2FMP; TAPI plug-in) are listed here:

Hello

2cents

Your link is foreign, can you supply english?

I use Troi, to read my inputs from devices. Don't know much about TAPI, or used it.. Hired a programmer several years back, I thought was pretty knowledgable. He got real fustrated with TAPI workings! Maybe things have changes, developers have learn the ways & get abouts.

Tanks
