Exact Error Message: "The translator for this file format could not be found or could not be initialized."

This error message occured when I tried to drag an image via Picasa to the container in my layout.

It did work fine when I was using Filemaker Pro 8.5 however, I just deleted that installation and installed Filemaker Pro 8.5 Advanced and the layout doesn't work in the Advanced version.

Did I miss a step in the installation process? Again it worked with the non-advanced version of Filemaker Pro 8.5

I'd suggest doing an un-install on both versions of FMP, then re-installing Advanced again.
