Communication error 22

I installed a PHP 5.2.3 and Filemaker Pro Advanced v8.04 all in 1 box w/windowws 2003 server.

On the product catalog sample I'm getting the following message: Communication error 22 - The requested URL returned error 400

I tried this

http://192.168.1.40/fmi/xml/version.xml

and the response I get is

According to to Filemaker Advanced Error Codes:

954 Unsupported XML grammar

I tried both IIS and Apache 2, both same problem except for Apache generates HTTP error 404 instead of 400.

Any help highly appreciate it
