October 11, 200025 yr Newbies I'm trying to prevent users to use FM5 keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+F, which switches to Find mode, Ctrl+Down Arrow/Up arrow and so on), and to supersede in that way the action buttons which control find and navigation. I suppose it's possible, but I was unable to figure out how to do it. Thanks Bruno

First give yourself a master password that you won't forget. Then give the user a password that for "Available menu commands" either "Editing Only" or "None". If you don't want the user to have to enter a password when they open the file, also go to Edit->Preferences->Document and click the checkbox for "Try default password:" and put in there the user password you entered. To access the file with your master password, hold down the option key on Mac and shift key on Windows while you open the file. Chuck
