If I understand correctly, you want to email the information in a report that you get in FileMaker after performing a find and perhaps a sort, is that right?

One thing that might help get you started is the fact that when you are in Preview Mode, you can perform a copy and get a picture of the report. Then you can past this wherever you like (perhaps into a container field) or use some sort of automation software (such as AppleScript on the Mac) to past the clipboard into a new graphics document which can then be emailed.

I admit, the automation part is difficult on Windows, but perhaps someone else has an idea for that. I've heard good things about WinBatch, but I haven't experimented with it myself.
