Now i open my file with a FMPscript on start; like opendatabase but i have to insert the password for all file, i can do this in a automate service (all the passwords are blank).

In Edit->Preferences->Document, you'll find an option for a default password. If the default password you want is the blank one, just check the box and leave the password field in the preference dialog blank.
