FMP crash invalid page fault in module user.exe

When i try to print on a PC it crash most of the time and the error message is FM caused an invalid page fault in module user.exe

Can you help me with this printing problem, Do you know is FM Inc is aware of this problem ??

It's probably a problem with the printer driver, not FMP. Check to make sure you are using thw latest printer driver version.

No, it is not the printer driver, some of my files print very well without any problem and one of my file create a bug with windows.

The problem is this problematic file as an intermitent bug sometime it print sometime it don't

any others suggestions :
