February 6, 200124 yr You could try this: First find/sort the records required. Cha ge to a layout that has only the required firlds on tit. Use the "Copy All Records" command to concactenate the text from thenfields together, then paste into a global field. Use the global field for the mail process.
February 6, 200124 yr I have a tough one! I am using the "open url" function to send information from a record via Outlook (email). I have finally (with some help from this forum) worked out most of the bugs but, I have had a request to send information from multiple records including a field from a trailing grand summary. Is there a way to compile a list or move the information from multiple records to the email?
